Contact and order forms
If you email us or submit a quote request or work, we use your name, firm name, email and phone only to respond, prepare quotes and invoices, and deliver services. We keep this information for as long as needed for these purposes and for legal/tax record-keeping.
Client data from CA firms
When a CA firm shares client data with us for preparation work, we act as a data processor on the firm's instructions under a written agreement (NDA and data-processing terms), in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025. We do not use client data for any other purpose.
Marketing emails
We send occasional, individual emails to CA firms using publicly listed business contact details. Every email identifies us and offers a one-click opt-out, which we honour promptly.
